TaskForce Harlech Battles Pirates TaskForce Harlech kills three pirates, Black Wraiths destroyed
CHASIN CITY, COMMENOR - The renowned TaskForce Harlech, commissioned personally by His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Palpatine, performed remarkably today when a detachment led by Lieutenant Commander Aldrec Travest succesfully destroyed an Imperial Customs Corvette in the service of a pirate group known as the Black Wraiths.
Battling in the space outside of Duro, Commander Travest skillfully and
competently commanded his men from the bridge of the Corellian
Engineering Corporation CR90 Corvette "Gorgon", fighting a pitched battle that ultimately cost the pirates their Imperial Customs Corvette and their lives. In addition to the Gorgon, Flight Lieutenant Valo Novastar and Petty Officer Azrand Starhawk assisted against the craft manning a TIE Bomber and Interceptor, respectively.
After some time, and with the assistance of an Imperator-II class Star Destroyer, "Aggressor", Lieutenant Novastar landed the killing blow on the Imperial Customs Corvette. Second Lieutenant Tirnen Estel, attached to the Gorgon for the course of the battle was tasked with executing the pirates in their escape pod.
Not much is clear about the origin of the Black Wraiths, or how they were able to fund such a formidable warship. What is known, however, is that their leader was at the very least Trandoshan. Rumors are abound that the pirate group itself was all Trandoshan, and some have said that their legacy of terror is best known to the spacers in Trandosha.
