Dors Venabili was born to Maxam and Daeia Venabili in the city of Coronet on Corellia. She as the middle child, having an older brother and a younger brother. When Dors was nine, her father abruptly had his wife and children moved out of Coronet to a farm several hundred kilometers away. He told them that since he was chief administrator of the dam that kept Coronet from being flooded, his family could become hostages in a political campaign against him.
Life on the farm was radically different for Dors, who was accustomed to the life of the city: sophisticated, fast-paced, and ever-changing. Farm life was slow, boring, and linear for Dors. When she graduated from the local school, she enrolled at Coronet University, triple-majoring in Engineering, Business Management, and Architecture. There she encounters Aevaeia, a half-sister by her father and learned the truth about her father: He had send them away because he had met another woman, and Daeia's father was too powerful to consider divorce. Despite their difference, Dors and Aevaeia became great friends. They continued to stay in touch after Dors graduated.
At twenty-three years old, Dors met Mant'il, a Hutt entrepeneur and unbeknownst to her, a crimelord. Mant'il gave Dors his company, which she promptly renamed Venabili Enterprises. Scant days later, Dors was offered the administrative authority over Horizon Industries.
So successful was her business that she decided to expand. Buying out Ekri Wildi's company on Merchant Asteroid gave her the governorship of the Asteroid and the capital to empower Venabili Enterprises Incorporated. Her personal life expanded, also, when she met Seran Thean during a routine stop at a Sullustan supplies store. Mere days later he saved her life when mercenaries attacked the Merchant Asteroid.
While visiting Coruscant, Dors met Cahan Yen, a kindly Jedi Master. The two had dinner and became friends, seeing each other occasionally until their friendship became something more. Dors took up residence on her mobile office, which was almost always landed on Yavin IV to be close to Yen.
With competition from ruthless supercorporations like Ronin Limited, Venabili Enterprise Incorporated had difficulty competing. She chose to make a deal with Ronin Limited's de facto competitor, Palantir Industries and became a subsidiary of that company. It was during this time when she had the resources and ability to research Ronin Limited's business practices that she began to feel a deep-seated hatred of the company and its leader. She endeavoured to do something about it.
Although she didn't know it at the time, while visiting Thyferra, Dors would come across the very tool that would help her bring her plan to fruition. A Sith Knight, whose name she did not know, informed her that she would do his bidding. Dors was skeptical at the time, but filed the information away.
Meanwhile, Dors' relationship with Cahan Yen was strengthening. Before long, she was carrying his child. While vacationing on Bakura, the Sith that had cornered Dors confronted them both. He declared that Cahan Yen had been a victim of Jedi brainwashing and had once been Daxin Novari. While the information shocked them both, Dors saw it as an opportunity. Darth Caedes, the Sith Knight, released dozens of advanced battle droids on the field, which Yen turned into spare parts.
As Yen grew moodier and more suspicious of the Jedi Order, Venabili was working on a project of her own. She ordered Palantir's top-secret development teams to retrieve the droid parts from Bakura and to design a new, better, stronger model en masse.
Venabili's other project was Yen himself. She wanted his power, but the petty restrictions put on him by the Jedi Order made it difficult for him to do what she required. Her desires, fueled by hate and rage, were combatted by the ideals of the Jedi Order. Dors knew it was time to return him to the Dark Side of the Force.
Over time, she abused the Jedi. She antagonized him to the point of blind rage, in which times he lost control and used his massive strength to make her stop in various ways. But with every constriction of her windpipe, with every whimper, with every collapse from being tossed against a bulkhead, there was an even greater pain in Yen's mind: guilt. The varying cycles of pain, guilt, lust, and greed was mounting against the Jedi Master.
Another cog fell into place when Harman Praxon, patriarch of the Palantir family, was killed during a routine maintenance exercise. The Darklight Board of Directors deliberated and (after being threatened by a Sith Knight) elevated Dors to the Director of Operations position. She was one step closer to her goal.
(More later...taking a test soon )

Hmm... just a couple corrections I'd like to make.... It's Horizon Enterprises, not Industries... and the deal was I offered you use of my facilities, at the price of 10% of everything you made... not administrative...
HORIZON OWNS J00!!!

I don't know where you were during the RP. Everything I posted was correct, except for the Industries/Enterprises stuff. _________________
